The Annum Housing applications are designed to help Annum customers manage and access employee benefits provided by Annum Housing. By using our applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Annum Housing Employer Web App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must discontinue use of our service.
Changes to Terms
Annum Housing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on the application. Your continued use of the application after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

User Accounts
To access this application, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. Annum Housing reserves the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or edit or remove content in its sole discretion.

You are authorized to use this application solely to manage and access employee benefits as provided by Annum Housing. Any unauthorized use of the application, including but not limited to unauthorized entry into Annum’s systems, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted to a site, is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All content included on this application, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Annum Housing or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, Javascript, or visual design elements without express written permission from Annum Housing.
Termination and Suspension
Annum Housing may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

These applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Annum Housing makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
